I created a powerful, immersive brand experience booth for ASICS that communicated the passion and determination in those who run. While the agency's role in the marathon was all marketing and experiential exhibits for the event, several of them winning awards, my responsibilities were primarily focused to the print-production aspect of the event and I was given full-charge over production of the ASICS brand booth.
This booth was designed and built to create an immersive brand experience for consumers at the LA Marathon event, providing a space for everyone to see, feel, test, and buy ASICS products. My role in this process was as the Production Designer. That meant creating all of the final layout designs, working with our Photo Editor to produce the images at scale for the printing methods being used, and then breaking down over 100-foot long images into panel size print-ready files that accommodated the gap between panels to create a seemingly seamless layout for the booth company's requirements.
